• Hardware malfunction/failure
• Windows 2000/XP/Vista installation, upgrade and trouble-shooting
• Network connectivity and basic routing/firewall trouble-shooting
• Basic VMware/Virtualization support

Rates:

• Standard 24-48 hour response: $45.00 per hour on-site, one hour minimum
• Emergency Response: $95.00 per hour on-site, one hour minimum. Guaranteed response within 2 hours.
